TuClick.app

The problem

A small restaurant takes orders over WhatsApp, has its menu as an image, writes tickets on paper and doesn't know precisely what sells most. Every tool it adds — a menu here, a form there — solves one piece and disconnects the rest.

The big platforms solve the flow, but charge a commission per order and keep the relationship with the customer.

The solution

A platform where the business manages its products once and those products feed every channel: the QR digital menu, WhatsApp ordering, the in-store self-service kiosk and the commercial link-in-bio. The kitchen receives clean orders on a display, and the owner sees real behaviour in reports.

Parts of the system

  • Digital menu — the business catalogue, always current, reachable by QR.
  • Products, categories and modifiers — the real structure of a menu, extras and variants included.
  • Orders — a structured flow instead of a loose conversation.
  • Kitchen display — clean orders that are easy to execute.
  • Self-service kiosk — sell more in store without always depending on the till.
  • Customers and reports — what sells, when and to whom.
  • Commercial link-in-bio — the entry point from social media.
  • PWA — installs on the phone without going through an app store.

The underlying decision

The channel where the customer already is — WhatsApp — isn't replaced: it's organised. TuClick doesn't force the business to move its customers to another app; it turns the channel that already works into a structured ordering flow and connects it to operations.
